Processing activity clause: Correspondence

The information obligation under Art. 13 GDPR

Bearing in mind the requirements of Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (GDPR), we would like to inform you that:

    2. Your personal data is processed for the purpose of keeping a correspondence register (receiving correspondence and replying to received correspondence).
    3. The basis for the processing of your personal data is art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c) and f) GDPR. The above-mentioned provisions allow for the processing of data when it is necessary:
      • to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator;
      • for purposes resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator.
    4. The recipients to whom your personal data may be transferred will only be entities authorized to receive them under the law.
    5. Another category of recipients to whom your data may be disclosed are the Controller’s trusted partners who provide services for him:
      • service for the computer equipment used at home;
      • deliveries;
      • archiving and professional document destruction.
    6. The period of data storage depends on the nature of the correspondence and includes the time:
      • to settle the matter;
      • and then, depending on the nature of the correspondence (eg correspondence related to claims or complaints pending their consideration).
    7. Pursuant to the GDPR, you have the right to:
      • requests from the Administrator to access your personal data and copies thereof;
      • rectification of data if incorrect or untrue;
      • data portability, if technically possible;
      • restriction of data processing;
      • deletion of data when data processing is not carried out in order to fulfill an obligation resulting from a legal provision.
    8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office; address 2 Stawki Street, ; 00 – 193 Warsaw
    9. Providing your personal data by you is not obligatory, but necessary for the processing of correspondence, including the handling of the matters in question. If the data is not provided, the correspondence will not be processed,
    10. Your personal data will not be profiled.
