PRIVACY POLICY

§ 1
GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. This Privacy Policy sets out principles for processing and protecting personal data provided by natural persons (hereinafter referred to as Users) in connection with their use of the website of GroMar sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Łódź, ul. Tuszyńska 98, 93-305 Łódź, available at www.gromar.eu (hereinafter referred to as the Website).
  2. The Users’ personal data are processed in accordance with commonly applicable legal regulations, including in particular the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR) and national regulations adopted under or in connection with the GDPR.
  3. This Privacy Policy is prepared for information and does not constitute a source of obligations for the Users.

§ 2
PERSONAL DATA

  1. The Controller processes personal data provided under the Website by Users that fill a contact form: first name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address, company size and information given in the content of the message (hereinafter referred to as Personal Data).
  2. The Controller is GroMar sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Łódź, ul. Tuszyńska 98, 93-305 Łódź (hereinafter referred to as the Controller).
  3. The Users may contact the Controller by e-mail at info@gromar.eu or by phone at +48 42 279 70 20.
  4. The Controller appointed Mrs Ewa Pisarska as the Data Protection Inspector (hereinafter referred to as the DPI). The Users may contact the DPI by e-mail at privacy@gromar.eu or by phone at +48 42 279 70 20.
  5. The Controller may order the processing of the Users’ personal data to another entity solely on the basis of a personal data processing agreement.
  6. The Controller uses analytical tools to collect information about the Users’ activeness on the Website and subpages, movement between subpages, the User’s source, information about the User’s profile, conversation, user video sessions, and time spent on the Website.
  7. The Controller processes the Users’ personal data solely for the purpose and to the extent that are necessary to provide services offered via the Website, including in particular to make get familiar with and respond to messages sent by persons filling out the contact form.
  8. Personal Data is provided voluntarily, but is necessary to obtain a response to the message submitted by the use of the contact form.
  9. If the User gives an additional voluntary consent, the User’s personal data may be processed for marketing purposes in the way and under terms and conditions set out in the consent.
  10. If the User gives an additional voluntary consent, the User’s personal data may be used to transmit commercial information, including information sent via end devices and automated calling systems, in the way and under terms and conditions set out in the consent.
  11. The User’s consent referred to in § 3.3 and 3.4 may be withdrawn any time by sending a relevant request by e-mail to info@gromar.eu or privacy@gromar.eu
  12. If the Personal Data is made available solely to obtain a response to the message submitted by the use of the contact form, the Personal Data will be stored for the time necessary to respond, unless the message explicitly indicates that the data must be purposefully stored for a longer period.
  13. The data storage period may be extended if the processing is necessary to identify, pursue or defend any claims and thereafter exclusively in the case and to the extent required by law.

§ 3
RIGHT OF AUDIT

  1. Each User has the right to access and rectify the User’s data anytime.
  2. The Controller respects all rights of the Users, including in particular the right to update, rectification and erasure of the Personal Data. The Users can exercise their rights any time, unless applicable legal regulations provide otherwise.
  3. The User has also the right to object in cases set out by the GDPR, as well as the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, as well as the right to withdraw the consent any time without prejudice to the compliance of processing.
  4. The rights set out in § 4.2 and 4.3 may be exercised by the User sending a relevant request by e-mail to info@gromar.eu or privacy@gromar.eu
  5. If the processing is find to breach the regulations, each User has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the Chairman of the Personal Data Protection Office.

§ 4
SECURITY

  1. The Controller uses relevant organisational, technical and physical measures to protect Personal Data against accidental, illegal or unauthorised damage, loss, modification, access, disclosure or use.
  2. To ensure the security of Personal Data, the Controller analyses risks on an ongoing basis to be sure that Personal Data is processed safely and in compliance with legal regulations.
  3. To protect Personal Data, prepare procedures for data breach and confirm that relevant data protection measures have been implemented, the Controller prepared the Security Policy which provides for necessary procedures for fulfilling lawful duties.
  4. The Controller ensures that Personal Data is only accessible to authorised persons and solely to the extent that is necessary to perform their duties.

§ 5
COOKIES

  1. The Website uses cookies. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the Website User’s end device to enable the use of the Website. Cookies usually contain the name of a website they come from, time they are stored in the end device, and unique number.
  2. Cookies are used on the Website exclusively with the User’s consent given through the settings of software, in particular a browser, installed in the electronic device used by the User.
  3. The Website uses two types of cookies:
    1. session cookies: they are saved in the User’s PC or mobile equipment until the User leaves the site or closes the browser,
    2. persistent cookies: they are stored in the User’s device for defined period in the parameters of cookies or until they are deleted by the User manually in the browser.
  4. The User can restrict or disable cookies any time. However, this may influence certain functions available on the Website or make the use of the Website impossible.

§ 6
MISCELLANEOUS

  1. This Privacy Policy comes into force on 25 May 2018.
  2. This Privacy Policy is verified and updated, if necessary, on an ongoing basis.
  3. The Controller will notify the Users of all amendments to this Privacy Policy by publishing the information about amendments on the Website.
